Methods: difference-in-differences with staggered adoption, event study, synthetic control, instrumental variables, regression discontinuity, program evaluation, and cost-effectiveness analysis, on data including NPPES, HCRIS, HRSA Area Health Resources Files, Health Professional Shortage Area designations, Federally Qualified Health Center program data, the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS), ACS/PUMS, and the Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS).
